1. Privacy Policy
1.1 Who Is Responsible for Your Personal Information?
The website operator named in Section 20 is the data controller for the personal information I/we collect and use to run this website and provide our services. This means I/we decide why and how that information is used.
This Privacy Policy explains what information I/we collect, why I/we use it, who I/we share it with, how long I/we keep it and what rights you have. For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, please use the contact details in Section 20.
I/we do not sell or rent your personal information.
1.2 Information I/we Collect
The information I/we collect depends on the features available on this website and how you use them. It may include:
- Contact and account details. Your name, email address, telephone number, account details and date of birth where you provide it.
- Bookings, purchases and payments. Details of your bookings, orders, billing and delivery addresses, payment status, and any vouchers or account credit you use.
- Courses and memberships. Enrolments, course progress, assessment results, certificates and membership history.
- Communications and submissions. Enquiries, support messages, survey responses, quiz answers and results, competition entries, and questions you enter into online readings or AI guidance features.
- Testimonials and reviews. Feedback and any name, photograph, audio or video supplied with it. Where Google reviews are displayed, they come from the relevant public Google Business Profile.
- Website and email activity. Information such as your IP address, device, browser, pages visited and, where used, newsletter opens and link clicks.
1.3 How I/we Use Your Information
I/we use personal information for the following purposes, depending on which features are enabled and how you use the website:
- Provide the services you request. I/we use the information needed to manage your account, handle bookings, process orders and payments, and deliver courses, memberships or other services you request.
- Communicate with you. I/we use your contact details to respond to enquiries and send booking confirmations, reminders, receipts and service updates. Marketing emails are separate from these messages.
- Run interactive features. I/we use submitted information to administer competitions, record quiz results, review survey responses and moderate community contributions. If you take a quiz while signed in, you can choose whether the name associated with your account appears alongside your result on the public leaderboard. Anyone can view the leaderboard, including visitors who are not signed in.
- Surveys. I/we use survey responses to improve our services and plan events, for example to estimate catering requirements. The name field is optional. If you submit a response while signed in, site administrators can see which account submitted it, even if you leave the name field blank. Individual responses are visible only to site administrators.
- Consent for quiz leaderboard names. I/we display your account name on a public quiz leaderboard only if you choose to add it. You can withdraw that consent and ask us to remove your name using the contact details in Section 20.
- Live competition draws. I/we display entrants’ names during the live draw and announce the winner by name. I/we may also publish the winner’s name in the results on this website. After the draw, you can ask us to hide your name from the website results using the contact details in Section 20.
- Provide AI features. Where enabled, I/we use AI to generate readings or guidance and to help create or edit text, images, audio or video. The information used depends on the feature and the material submitted to it.
- Display reviews and testimonials. Where enabled, I/we use feedback and accompanying material to display testimonials or reviews on the website.
- Operate and improve the website. I/we use technical information to maintain security, investigate faults and, where enabled, measure how visitors use the site.
- Send newsletters and offers. Where you have opted in, I/we use your contact details to send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.
Online Card Readings and Spoken Guidance
The main numerology audio is pre-recorded. To create the personalised spoken introduction, I/we send a short script containing your first name and calculated Life Path Number to AI. I/we do not send your full birth name or date of birth to AI for this introduction.
I/we temporarily cache question-check results for 10 minutes and generated readings and audio for 30 minutes. I/we also keep your latest generated reading in your website session so you can listen to it. I/we record basic usage information to help operate the feature.
Please keep your question general and avoid including names, contact details, health information or other private details about yourself or anyone else.
Numerology
Where numerology is available, I/we use the full birth name and date of birth you enter to calculate your results. I/we do not save those details as a numerology record.
If you request a personalised spoken introduction, I/we send OpenAI a short script containing your first name and calculated Life Path Number to turn into speech.
I/we keep usage counts to apply daily limits. For visitors who are not signed in, I/we use a cookie to recognise repeat use. Where numerology analytics are enabled, I/we also record overall calculation totals and usage linked to signed-in accounts.
1.4 Sharing Your Information
I/we share relevant personal information with the people and services that help us operate this website or provide what you have requested. This may include:
- Website hosting and support providers. They help us host, maintain and troubleshoot the website.
- Stripe and PayPal. I/we share relevant order and payment information to process payments and refunds. Where recurring payments are enabled, PayPal also handles those payments.
- Twilio, Zoom and Google Calendar. Where used, these providers help us send messages, run online sessions or manage appointments.
- OpenAI. Where AI features are enabled, I/we send the material needed for the feature, such as text or media submitted for processing. Section 1.3 explains what is sent for card readings and numerology.
- Google services. Where enabled, I/we use Google Analytics to measure website use, Google Maps to display maps, Google Places to retrieve public reviews and Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse.
- Bunny Stream. Where used, this provider hosts and delivers video content.
Some providers process information on our behalf. Others, such as payment providers, may also use information for their own purposes under their privacy notices. I/we may also disclose information where required by law.
International Data Transfers
Some of the service providers listed in Section 1.4 may process personal information outside the UK. To find out where your information is processed and what protections apply to any transfer, please contact us using the details in Section 20.
1.5 Security
I/we use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, misuse, or loss. However, no system is 100% secure, and I/we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
1.6 Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on how and why I/we use your personal information, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of your personal information.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete information that is missing.
- Ask us to delete your information or restrict how I/we use it.
- Receive certain information in a portable format or ask us to transfer it to another organisation.
Right to object. You can object to direct marketing at any time. You can also object to certain other uses of your personal information, including where I/we rely on legitimate interests.
Withdrawing consent. Where I/we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect how I/we lawfully used your information before you withdrew consent. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email.
To exercise your rights or raise a privacy concern, use the contact details in Section 20. You can also make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
1.7 How Long I/we Keep Your Information
How long I/we keep personal information depends on why I/we collected it. I/we use the following criteria when reviewing records for deletion:
- Accounts. I/we keep the information needed to manage your account while you use it. When an account is closed or becomes inactive, I/we assess what information I/we still need to keep.
- Bookings, orders and payments. We keep relevant records to deliver services, handle refunds and disputes, and meet applicable accounting and legal requirements.
- Surveys, quizzes and competitions. We keep relevant records while we need them to manage the activity, maintain any published results, or resolve queries or disputes about it.
We remove or anonymise information when we no longer need it. To ask about a particular record or request deletion, use the contact details in Section 20.
1.8 Why We Are Allowed to Use Your Information
- Contract. We use the information needed to take steps you request before making a booking or purchase, and to fulfil the bookings, orders and memberships you enter into with us.
- Legal obligation. We use or keep information where the law requires it, for example to meet applicable tax and accounting requirements.
- Consent. We use your contact details to send newsletters and marketing emails when you opt in. Where Google Analytics is enabled, we use it if you accept optional cookies. You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or change your analytics choice using Cookie settings in Section 2.
2. Cookies Policy
I/we use cookies to keep the website working, including to manage sign-in and remember your cookie choice.
Analytics. If Google Analytics is enabled on this website, it loads only after you accept optional cookies. I/we use it to understand how visitors use the website.
Numerology. If you use numerology without signing in, I/we use a cookie to recognise repeat use and apply daily limits. This cookie lasts up to 365 days.
Your choice. I/we remember your cookie choice for 180 days. You can change it at any time using the button below.

3. Personal Bookings
Booking a personal one-to-one session with me (or, where enabled, a member of my team or another practitioner such as an oracle reader, healer, or holistic practitioner) can be a supportive and uplifting experience.
Psychic, mediumship, trance, and healing work requires an open mind, as each session is unique. Mediumship in particular is experimental (including trance) – there can never be a guarantee of who may come through. Psychic insights, divination (such as tarot or oracle readings), and other forms of guidance are based on interpretation, and it’s important to remember that everyone has free will to make choices and change the path of their life. Healing and holistic sessions are complementary and should never replace professional medical treatment.
These services should never be taken as 100% accurate or absolute fact. Instead, they are offered as guidance and support, helping you to reflect, explore possibilities, and find your own way forward.
Where offered, personal sessions may also include trance mediumship, channelling or spiritual healing. Please see the individual service description for details of what the session involves.
3.1 Availability
Bookings can only be made for the dates and times shown as available in the booking system. The system may allow multiple bookings if required, subject to availability.
3.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. You can pay using PayPal, Stripe, debit/credit card, or by using any available account balance you hold on the website. I/we do not store or have access to your full payment card details. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
3.3 Cancellations by Me or My Team
If I (or a team member) need to cancel a booking, you will be offered either:
- An alternative date, or
- A refund to your original payment method. If you would prefer credit to your account balance for future use, please tell us when I/we contact you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
3.4 Cancellations by You
To cancel your booking, please use the contact details in Section 20 and include your booking reference, if you have one.
- If you cancel at least 4 days before your session, I/we will refund you to your original payment method. You can request account credit instead.
- If you cancel less than 4 days before your session, I/we do not offer a refund or credit under this booking policy. Any statutory rights you have still apply.
Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, you can cancel within 14 days from the day after you enter into the contract. This right takes priority over the four-day booking policy above.
3.5 Behaviour and Respect
I/we expect everyone to treat each other with respect during personal sessions. I/we may end a session immediately if someone behaves in an abusive, threatening or discriminatory way, or puts anyone’s safety at risk.
If I/we end a session for this reason, I/we will consider any refund based on what happened and how much of the session was delivered. Your statutory rights still apply.
3.6 Delivery of Sessions
Most personal sessions are carried out either face-to-face or via online platforms such as Zoom or WhatsApp. While I/we will always do our best to provide a smooth experience, I/we cannot guarantee the quality of your internet connection or devices, as these are outside of our control.
3.7 Disclaimer
All readings and personal sessions are offered for guidance and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as health, legal matters, or finances.
Please do not use a reading to assess pregnancy, diagnose a health condition or make decisions about treatment. If you have questions about your health, pregnancy or fertility, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional. Readings about personal relationships are open to interpretation and cannot establish what another person thinks, feels or intends to do.
If you are struggling with your wellbeing, relationships, or facing difficult circumstances, I encourage you to seek help from qualified professionals alongside any reading you may choose to have with me or my team. If you are unhappy with the service you receive, please contact me so I/we can try to resolve your concerns. You are, of course, also entitled to raise a complaint with the relevant consumer protection or trading standards body if you feel this is necessary.
4. Products and Services
4.1 Product Information and Availability
I/we do our best to make sure all product details, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date. Sometimes mistakes happen or products may become unavailable without warning. If something changes after you place an order, I/we will let you know as soon as possible.
4.2 Product Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP and may include additional taxes or shipping fees. Prices can change at any time, though never after you’ve placed your order.
Payments are securely handled by trusted third parties such as PayPal, Stripe, or credit/debit card processors. I/we don’t hold or store your payment details.
4.3 Gift Vouchers
- Validity. Check the expiry date or validity period shown when you buy or receive the voucher. Any unused value expires at the end of that period.
- Redemption. Vouchers can be used on this website for the purchases listed as eligible in the voucher terms. Check those terms for any restrictions on discounts, transfers or combining payment methods.
- Single-use and balance vouchers. A single-use voucher can be redeemed once. A balance voucher lets you use the remaining value on another eligible purchase before it expires. Check which type applies before redeeming it.
- Lost or misused vouchers. Keep your voucher code safe and contact us if you think it has been lost, stolen or used without permission. I/we may suspend a voucher while I/we investigate suspected misuse.
- Refunds. If a refund is due on an order paid wholly or partly with a voucher, I/we will explain how the voucher value and any other payment will be handled. Your statutory rights apply to voucher purchases and to orders paid for with a voucher.
4.4 Damaged or Defective Physical Products
If an item arrives damaged or turns out to be faulty or not as described, please contact us using the details in Section 20. Include your order reference if you have one.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you usually have 30 days to reject goods that do not meet the required standards and receive a full refund. After that, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, unavailable or cannot be provided within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
Where a return is required under your statutory rights, I/we will cover the reasonable return costs. I/we will refund you using your original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method.
4.5 Change-of-Mind Returns for Physical Products
For most physical goods bought online, you can cancel within 14 days from the day after you receive them. To cancel, tell us clearly using the contact details in Section 20. You then have 14 days from the day you tell us to send the goods back.
You may handle the goods to check their nature, features and how they work, as you would in a shop. If you handle them more than necessary and this reduces their value, I/we may deduct that loss from your refund where the law allows. Please pack returns securely. You are responsible for direct return postage if I/we told you about that cost before you ordered and have not agreed to cover it.
If you light a candle or use a spray beyond what you could reasonably do to inspect it in a shop, I/we may reduce your change-of-mind refund to reflect any loss in value, where the law allows. Your rights still apply if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
I/we refund the price paid and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option I/we offered. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, I/we do not refund the extra cost. I/we use your original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method.
Some goods are excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right. Examples include clearly personalised goods, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
If the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, see Section 4.4. The exceptions above do not affect your rights in those cases.
4.6 Digital Product Refund Policy
Digital products (such as downloads) are delivered electronically. To provide immediate access, I/we require your explicit consent at checkout (unticked box) confirming that delivery begins straight away and that you waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- If you do not tick the consent box, I/we will delay access until the cooling-off period ends or until you provide consent.
- Once the download starts after you have agreed to immediate delivery, acknowledged that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right and received confirmation of your choice, you cannot cancel because you changed your mind. Your statutory rights still apply if the download is faulty or not as described.
- If you cannot access your download or think the file is faulty, please contact us within 3 days if possible, so I/we can help promptly. This is a request for early notice. You can still contact us after three days, and your statutory rights still apply.
Where digital products are provided by a guest tutor, speaker, or partner, I/we act only as a facilitator. Responsibility for the content, accuracy, and quality lies with the creator.
4.7 Memberships
Membership gives you access to exclusive benefits designed for our community. The terms below explain how Membership works, so everything is clear and simple for you.- Benefits: Membership gives you access to a range of perks (discounts, free/priority events, members-only content, downloads, blogs, message board access, etc.) as described on the Membership page. Benefits may be updated or replaced from time to time, but the overall value of Membership will be maintained.
- Payment: Membership begins once your payment has cleared. Fees are paid upfront and cover a fixed period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Memberships do not auto-renew.
- Duration: Your Membership runs for the period purchased unless ended earlier under these terms. Access will stop at the end of the term unless renewed.
- Cooling-off period: Where the statutory cancellation right applies, you have 14 days from the day after you purchase your membership to cancel. If you want your membership benefits to start during that period, I/we will ask you to confirm this at checkout.
- Refunds: If you ask us to start your membership early and then cancel within the statutory cancellation period, I/we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where the law allows. After the applicable cancellation period ends, I/we do not offer change-of-mind refunds unless the membership offer says otherwise. Your statutory rights still apply.
- I/Our cancellation: I/we may suspend or cancel a membership if you seriously or repeatedly break the membership rules. I/we may act immediately where necessary to protect other users or prevent misuse. If I/we cancel your membership, I/we will consider any refund based on what happened and the unused portion of your membership. Your statutory rights still apply.
4.8 Membership Rules
- Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only. Benefits cannot be transferred, shared, sold, or assigned to any other person or account.
- Treat other members and our team with respect. Abuse, harassment, discrimination, and hate speech will not be tolerated.
- Keep login details private and secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Use discounts, perks, and content only for yourself. They must not be shared publicly or resold.
- Perks linked to badges are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or resold.
- Account sharing, misuse of discounts or other abuse of membership benefits may lead to suspension or cancellation under Section 4.7.
- You must comply with these rules and the wider site Terms & Conditions at all times.
4.9 Courses
Some courses are delivered by guest tutors or other providers. Before you pay, I/we will tell you who is selling the course. If you buy the course from me/us, I/we remain responsible for providing what you purchased, including when a guest tutor delivers it. If you buy directly from another provider, that provider is responsible for the purchase you make with them. Your statutory rights still apply.
Courses and workshops are designed to support your personal growth and self-development. Unless specifically stated, they do not provide professional qualifications or certification. Course materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, recorded, screen-captured, or redistributed in any form. Sharing your account access or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited.
Access to Materials
- Access to paid courses is granted only to enrolled members. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you will continue to have access after completion while your account remains active and in good standing.
- I/we may limit access to certain items (e.g. replays, downloads, bonus content) to a fixed duration; where this applies, the access window will be stated at the time of purchase.
- Where a course is delivered live, session times and content may change where necessary (see Website Availability and Substitution). If a live session is rescheduled, reasonable notice will be given via your member account.
Technology & Third-Party Platforms
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and any required apps (for example Zoom) to access the course. I/we cannot be held responsible if you are unable to access content due to device, software, or connectivity issues.
- Some elements may be hosted on third-party platforms (e.g. Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, or similar). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Communication & Community Spaces
- All course-related communication and support are managed through your member account and our internal messaging system. Please use this for questions, technical help, or course queries.
- From time to time, I/we may create private community spaces (e.g. a private Facebook Group or an on-site message board) to share notices, bonus material, or facilitate discussion. Access is limited to enrolled members and must not be shared.
- Community spaces are private; respect for privacy is essential. Do not copy, quote, forward, download, or re-post any content from these areas outside the group without explicit written permission from I/we and the original author.
- Participation is subject to the User Conduct rules in these Terms. I/we may moderate, suspend, or remove access to community spaces where rules are breached.
Recording & Intellectual Property
- Unless expressly permitted in writing, you must not record, reproduce, distribute, or make derivative works from any course session or material (including slides, videos, worksheets, and community posts).
- All course content remains the intellectual property of I/we (or the relevant guest tutor/licensor) and is provided for your personal use only.
Disclaimer
Please remember that all spiritual, psychic, or mediumship content is based on interpretation and individual experience. It should not be taken as absolute fact, nor as a substitute for professional advice. If you are ever in doubt or need support in matters of health, legal, or financial importance, please seek guidance from a qualified professional.
4.10 Referral Programme
The referral programme allows members or clients to recommend friends to this website. If a referred friend makes a qualifying purchase, the referrer may receive points or credit as a thank-you.
- Eligibility: Referrals are open to clients and members, unless otherwise stated.
- Rewards: Points or balance earned can be exchanged for discounts or used in the shopping cart once a minimum balance is reached.
- Non-Transferable: Referral credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside this website.
- Fair Use: Abuse of the system (e.g. self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in removal of credits and may lead to account suspension.
- Changes: I/we may change or end the referral programme for future referrals. I/we will publish any changes before they take effect. Rewards you have already earned remain subject to the terms that applied when you earned them.
4.11 Badges and Achievements
Members may earn digital badges or achievements by engaging with the site – for example, by joining courses, purchasing products, or taking part in community activities.
- Purpose: Badges are a fun way to celebrate your involvement and progress.
- Exclusive Perks: From time to time, members with certain badge levels (for example Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) may be invited to special opportunities, such as private events, early access to courses, or exclusive online sessions (including Zoom, live broadcasts etc). These perks are offered at our discretion and may change over time.
- No Monetary Value: Badges themselves have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, products, or discounts (unless specifically stated in a promotion).
- Changes: I/we may update or remove badges and discretionary perks for the future. If a perk was specifically promised as part of a purchase or membership, the terms of that purchase or membership apply.
4.12 Community Message Board

I/we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the website or related services.
12.2 Service Substitution

- Please ensure your details are accurate. I/we cannot be responsible for late, lost or ineligible entries (including technical issues).
