Heart Bridge Trance Healing

Heart Bridge Trance Healing offers a gentle space to pause, reconnect with yourself and receive spiritual healing.

During your session, I enter an altered state of awareness and work with my spirit guides, allowing healing to flow through me. My intention is to support your emotional and spiritual wellbeing, encouraging a sense of calm, balance and connection.

You don’t need any previous experience of trance healing. There is nothing you need to achieve or feel, and each person’s experience is different. You are welcome to simply settle, relax and allow yourself this time.

Whether you’re seeking stillness, space for reflection or support on your spiritual path, I approach our time together with care and sensitivity. At the end, there is time to reflect on your experience and share anything you wish to discuss.
